It was not the best light for pictures today, but a very pleasant walk–including meeting a couple of fun, friendly dogs, a large husky who shook out his wet fur all over the camera and the pit bull who gave me a muddy handshake. Click on pictures to enlarge.

The Coots are Back!

I love seeing the coots, pelican, and gull all swimming around together. In the same area, but too far apart to be in the picture, we saw several great blue herons, egrets, Canada goose, and a double-crested cormorant.
